Do NOT underestimate the power of a 4lb kbell

My inner thighs are killing me! You know, that part of the body that never gets worked out? Well, they must have yesterday! Wow!

Inner thighs? One of my biggest problem areas. Sounds like I need to check this out!

I just watched the target and toning — prepare to die, essentially. It’s a cross between Jillian Michael’s No More Trouble Zones and Tony Horton’s Ten Minute Trainer using the bell! I’ll probably try it tonight since my thighs are no longer killing me!

I’m still pretty much doing the original Jillian Michael’s DVD that you recommended. Along with running 5-6 days a week. And spinning about twice a week. Some yoga. My schedule is different every week.

Maybe I should check out Jillian’s No More Trouble Zones before I invest in something new.

It sounds like you’ve got a full plate. I can give you Tony’s 10 minute trainer (assuming that you’re still coming). It’s hard on my knees, even though I really enjoyed it before my injury. Jillian’s new one (NMTZ) is quite good; it also requires hand weights (they’re using 3lbs in the video). I plan to spend the summer getting toned, if you can’t tell! 😉

Yup, I will be there on Thursday, hoping to be there in time for spinning. I also want to work on toning this summer. We’re not racing as much because Matt is coming back from an injury, but we have a couple of half marathons, including Covered Bridges near you. No marathons until fall, so I can run fewer miles, and spend more time on cross-training.

I ordered the other two JM DVDs and Hot Bod in a box ’cause I like to do a workout at LA Fitness after spinning.

Great! I can’t wait to see you! Sorry to hear about Matt’s injury, but it’s always good to have a plan. Call my office if you aren’t going to make it to spinning. We can meet at the D-Bookstore after and decide on dinner.
